What we collect

We only collect information that helps us provide, improve, and protect our services. This includes:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you create a Willow account.
• Willow App content: mood entries, journal entries, and related reflections you choose to save. This content is private to you and is not shared publicly.
• Order information: name, email, shipping address, and order notes when you purchase jewelry.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and last-4 digits, but we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
• Communications: messages you send us, including order inquiries and privacy requests.
• Technical information: browser type, device information, and basic usage analytics to keep the site secure and functional.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Willow App, including saving your check-ins and journal entries so you can revisit them.
• To fulfill jewelry orders, calculate shipping, and send order confirmations and updates.
• To process payments securely through Stripe and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To improve our site and app experience, understand what is helpful, and fix issues.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, shipping updates, account notices). We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Your information is stored securely using the Buildy platform infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Willow mood and journal entries are stored only as long as you keep your account. If you delete an entry in the app, it is removed from your account.

Order information is retained as required for accounting, tax, and warranty support — generally for up to 7 years, then archived or deleted. Account information is retained until you request deletion or delete your account.

Who we share information with

We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate this site:

• Stripe: payment processing, fraud prevention, and tax compliance for payments.
• Buildy / hosting providers: secure hosting, authentication, email delivery, and database storage.
• Shipping carriers: your name, address, and phone (if provided) to fulfill delivery.

We do not sell your personal information or your Willow entries. We do not share mood or journal content with advertisers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated Willow data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where applicable

To exercise these rights, email us at hello@soaringspiritscreations.net. We will respond within 30 days. For jewelry orders, deletion requests may be limited where we must retain records for legal accounting purposes.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the Willow App only with permission from a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete such information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to only those who need it to provide our services. Please keep your account password private and let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

International transfers

Our services are operated in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US under US law, which may differ from local privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we update it, we will post the new version here and update the last-updated date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice within the app or by email if appropriate.
