Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and at least 18 to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Please provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Notify us promptly at hello@soaringspiritscreations.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or are inactive for an extended period.

3. Willow App — important context

Willow is a self-guided wellness tool offering private mood check-ins, guided journaling, and gentle insights for everyday reflection. Willow is not therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a therapist-patient relationship. Please review our Wellbeing Disclaimer before using Willow.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Willow. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content for you as part of the Service. We do not share your private Willow entries with others and do not use them for advertising.

4. Jewelry purchases

Each ring in our jewelry collection is one-of-a-kind. Photographs show the actual item you will receive, with color and size represented as accurately as possible. Natural variation in stones and lighting may cause slight differences.

• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change until checkout is completed.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
• Once a one-of-a-kind item is sold, it is marked as sold and cannot be repurchased in identical form.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item was mispriced, unavailable, or if fraud is suspected, with a full refund to you.

5. Subscriptions and billing

If we offer paid subscriptions or premium features in Willow, the following applies:

• Billing is handled securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Subscription fees, billing frequency, and trial terms will be clearly presented at checkout before you confirm.
• You may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
• If payment fails, we may retry or suspend access until payment is resolved.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you do not have permission to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by uploading harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce large portions of the Services without permission
• Use Willow content or jewelry images to misrepresent yourself or to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Use the Services to provide medical diagnosis or to advise others as a licensed professional without proper credentials

7. Intellectual property

The Soaring Spirits Creations name, logo, dragonfly mark, site design, copy, Willow guidance, and jewelry photography are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy or use our brand assets without written permission, except to share a link to our site or to reference a purchase you made.

If you share feedback or suggestions with us, you give us permission to use that feedback to improve our Services without obligation to you.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Services available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any errors will be corrected. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time for maintenance, safety, or business reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soaring Spirits Creations and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 if you have not made a purchase or subscription payment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soaring Spirits Creations from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another person.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Services, or if we need to comply with law or protect the safety and integrity of our community. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and this termination clause.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Soaring Spirits Creations is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the last-updated date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
